Christmas Holidays - 2012 / 2013


The word Christmas comes from the Latin words Cristes Maesse, which means Mass of Christ (meat). At Christmas, Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus. According to most historians, the first celebration of Christmas took place in Rome in 336 AD.
Today is Christmas is one of the most festive events, especially for children and for Christians - an important day in the Christian calendar.
